FarmaSino Co., Ltd was established in 2008. It is a member enterprise of Jiangsu High Hope International Group (stock code: 600981), one of the top 500 companies in China. Farmasino is mainly engaged in pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, dyes, pesticides, basic chemicals, fine chemicals, food and feed additives, finished drugs, etc. The commodities are exported to more than 120 countries and regions around the world. The company's annual export volume is nearly 200 million U.S. dollars, and the annual sales volume exceeds 1.5 billion yuan.
Farmasino has been awarded "Top Ten Western Medicine Exporters" by the China Medical Insurance Chamber of Commerce for 9 consecutive years, and has been "Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Internationalization Enterprises" for 6 consecutive years. In 2017, Farmasino was successfully elected as the vice-chairman company of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products. On October 17th, 2008, FarmaSino Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd was formally established.
FarmaSino Pharmaceuticals (Anhui) Co., Ltd was established.
The first year of its establishment, annual export volume exceeded 200 million CNY.
Farmasino annual export volume exceeded 1 billion CNY.
On January 29th, 2016, the R&D center, “Skyrun Pharma Co., Ltd. “was established.
On December 20th, 2016, the formulation production base Jiangsu Zonta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. was established.
Farmasino was elected as the vice president company of China Chamber of Commerce and was selected as an internationally renowned brand which will be cultivated and developed by Jiangsu province.
On July 16th, 2021, it was officially renamed as Farmasino Co., Ltd.
In July, 2021, Farmasino reformed mixed-ownership equity, successfully introduced some strategic investors such as Nanjing industrial fund, Qixia High-tech zone industrial fund, and Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd.
In August 2021, Zonta Pharma Co., Ltd. was established, a large-scale APIs & intermediates production base.
In December 2021, Skyrun Pharma Co., Ltd. was recognized as a high-tech enterprise.
In August 2022, Skyrun Pharma Co., Ltd. was approved by "CNAS”.
Until end of year 2022, Farmasino annual export volume exceeded $200 million.
